Professional Advice Programme
In the current cost of living crisis, middle and low-income communities are directly hit. Young individuals are joining gangs, single parents are struggling and living standards are declining. In these difficult times it is challenging to find free or affordable professional expert advice. In response to the rising cost of living, we’re excited to start the “Professional Advice Programme.”.
This community-focused initiative is to help people hit hardest by financial challenges. We’ve gathered a team of professionals, including solicitors, mental health experts, housing (tenant issues) advisers, domestic abuse support, financial advisers and IT experts. Our goal is to offer free, top-notch expert advice that’s easy to access and available through different channels.
Program Objectives:
- Provide free expert advice to individuals facing financial and personal challenges due to the cost-of-living crisis.
- Offer advice through face-to-face appointments, remote sessions and public community events
- Maintain high standards of service through regular feedback and continuous improvement.
You can avail of professional advice service using the following modes:
- Face-to-Face Appointments
- Remote Session
- Community Engagement in Local Events
We prioritize transparency and accountability by actively seeking feedback from our members about their interactions with our experts. This feedback assists us in maintaining high service standards and nurtures trust and confidence within our community.
Professional advice is our upcoming project. This programme has yet to start. This project is estimated to begin by the end of the year.
