Driving Lessons 4All

We aim to provide affordable driving lessons to vulnerable community members who are hit the worst from the cost of living crisis. Initially, this programme will run in south-west London and its surroundings. Our programme will allow them to have discounts up to 40% on their driving lessons (depending on their circumstances). Pupils can register on our websites, drivinglessons4all.com and communitydot.org.

If they meet the criteria, we will pass them on to local and reputable driving instructors, who will provide them with driving lessons at a discounted rate. Once their lessons are delivered, those driving instructors can claim back the discount from us.

Programme Objectives:

• It will enhance the mobility and independence of vulnerable community members by offering discounted driving lessons.
• It will empower individuals to access a wider range of employment opportunities and meet essential family needs.
• It will improve their overall quality of life and enable them to contribute more effectively to their communities and economies.

The primary beneficiaries will be the vulnerable families who are hit the worst from the cost of living crisis. This project will particularly benefit those who might otherwise be unable to afford driving lessons. We expect to run this project for an initial period of 7 months, allowing us to gauge its impact and effectiveness. Based on the outcomes and feedback, we plan to extend or adapt the project to better meet community needs.

We will promote the project through effective digital marketing through advertisements on Google, social media and collaborations with local driving schools. We will collect feedback from pupils and instructors to identify areas for improvement and success stories. The insights gained will inform the development of future projects, ensuring they are even more effective and impactful. It’s a new project.
